1 Overview & Scope
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by jiliabc ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") and governs the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal data provided by or collected from players ("you," "your," or "User") who access the jiliabc online gaming platform at jiliabc.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and platform features.
jiliabc is committed to protecting the personal data of every Filipino player who uses our platform. We operate in strict compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, the directives of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines, and the data handling requirements imposed by PAGCOR as part of our regulatory framework.
Scope: This Policy applies to all personal data jiliabc processes in connection with your use of the platform, including data collected during account registration, KYC verification, payment transactions, gameplay activity, customer support interactions, and marketing communications. By creating a jiliabc account or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to the practices described in this Policy.
This Policy applies to all jiliabc players located in the Philippines — whether you are playing from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, or any other part of the archipelago. If you access jiliabc from outside the Philippines, this Policy still governs our handling of your data, and you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with Philippine law.
2 Information We Collect
jiliabc collects only the personal data that is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. The categories of personal data we collect are set out below.
2.1 Identity & Contact Data
When you register a jiliabc account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address (including city and province within the Philippines), email address, and mobile phone number. This information is required to create your account, verify your identity, and meet our PAGCOR and AML compliance obligations.
2.2 Verification & KYC Documents
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process — which is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law — jiliabc may collect copies of government-issued identification documents such as your Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID card, or driver's license. We may also collect proof of address documents such as utility bills or bank statements issued within the past three months.
2.3 Financial & Transaction Data
jiliabc collects information related to your deposits, withdrawals, and in-platform transactions. This includes your payment method details (such as your GCash mobile number, PayMaya account reference, BPI or BDO bank account number, or Metrobank account reference), transaction amounts, dates, and outcomes. Full card numbers and banking PINs are never stored on jiliabc servers.
2.4 Gaming Activity Data
We collect data about your gameplay on jiliabc, including the games you play (slots, bingo, live casino, fishing arcade, sports betting), bet amounts, session duration, win and loss records, and bonus participation history. This data is used to deliver the gaming service, prevent fraud, and support responsible gaming monitoring.
2.5 Technical & Device Data
When you access jiliabc, we automatically collect certain technical data including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, timezone, and referring URL. This data is used for security monitoring, fraud detection, platform optimization, and geographic access compliance.
2.6 Communications Data
If you contact jiliabc's customer support team — whether via live chat, email, or our support ticketing system — we retain records of those communications, including the content of your messages and any attachments you provide. This data is retained for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance purposes.

Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
5 Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, jiliabc processes your personal data on the following legal grounds:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to create and manage your jiliabc account, process payments, and deliver the gaming services you have requested. Without this processing, jiliabc cannot provide you with access to the platform;
